Please keep in mind:
- As a courtesy to the client following, please try to be prompt for your appointment. If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you.
- If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment.
- To better serve clients on our cancellation list, we request 24 hours notice when canceling appointments.
- If you are receiving a special occasion service, remember to wear a button-up blouse to make changing easier.
- To assure availability for your preferred appointment time, we recommend that you schedule your next visit prior to leaving the salon.
- Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Tips cannot be added to credit card charges. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
- We accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks.
- A credit card may be required to secure certain Hair services. You may be charged the full service price for missing your appointment without any notice.
