Salon Policies

Please keep in mind:

  • As a courtesy to the client following, please try to be prompt for your appointment. If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you.
  • If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment.
  • To better serve clients on our cancellation list, we request 24 hours notice when canceling appointments in order to avoid being charged a fee. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before service will be charged 100%, and 50% for reschedule appointments, which will not go towards rescheduling the service. You will be charged 100% of services if you don't call or show.
  • To assure availability for your preferred appointment time, we recommend that you schedule your next visit prior to leaving the salon.
  • Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
  • We accept all major credit cards and cash
